In early Feb, Bucees withdrew its application from Palmer Lake seeking annexation. The very next day, the developer submitted with El Paso County! The developer is attempting to get this project approved under an administrative approval through El Paso County (EPC) requiring no public hearings! Please tell our commissioners NO to slinking this approval under the public’s noses and protecting your rights to freedom of speech!
